Review: misleading listing - First I'm glad I ordered this for myself and not as a gift for someone else so I am the only person disappointed with what I got. First, they are not kidding when they say this is a choker. There are no instructions included so I can only presume how it is to be used for aromatherapy and to adjust. It's length is very small and cannot be adjusted at all as far as I can tell. I've owned necklaces similar to this before that actually had something that you filled with essential oils. With this necklace, it appears you're expected to saturate the lava stone with essential oils. This is not recommended for anyone as most essential oils are much too intense for direct skin contact. Some can even be toxic. At a minimum, this would cause skin irritation for me. Additionally, because it's an oil, you risk staining any clothing material it may come in contact with. Although not expensive by any stretch of the imagination, it's still not worth what I paid for it.

Lovely necklace

I bought this in 2018 still have it 2022. I love it and even beside using it will a ball for oil. I also sometimes put small stones in to wear it.
