The track is made up of flexible tubes. The tubes came bound up like a hose in a circle and it's impossible to straighten them enough to construct the track. I have tried a number of things to straighten the tubing (hot air, stretching etc.) but nothing has worked. As a result of the bent up tubing/track the marble won't make it all the way through to complete the chain reactions.... it's just junk. Disappointing junk.
