Review: Does not work on restaurant grills, but works on Blackstone. Excellent customer service! - Edit: even though this product did not work for the flattop grill at our restaurant, it worked excellent on my bosses Blackstone after he messes around with it. I'm amazed by the customer service of this company, they reached out and offered a full refund, but I couldn't take their money. When you purchase a new product there is always a chance it won't meet your expectations, but I can't fault the company or the product. It worked, just not on our restaurant flattop. So I will be changing my review to 5 stars because it helped my boss and the company has amazing customer service! I'm not sure if the grill we use at work is too hot or what, but I followed the directions and I used almost a full bottle in one clean just for it to not work. It evaporated too quickly, it left a weird residue even after wiping it off, I ended up just using oil and a grill brick in the end. The bottle leaks no matter how tight the lid is on. Glad I only spent $20 though, we were just looking for a cheaper option because the stuff we like is $80+, but we're just going to stick to that because this really didn't help clean the grill.
Review: Great product - Works well and as described. Good value for your money. Seems to work as expected

## Features

- Purpose-built for flat tops: Breaks down baked-on grease, carbonized food, fat, and sauce residue on flat top griddles, commercial flat tops, cast iron, and stainless steel.
- Fast clean routine: Apply to a warm, not smoking-hot griddle, let sit 1-2 minutes, scour with a griddle pad or scraper, then rinse and wipe dry.
- Food-contact surface safe when used as directed: Unscented formula leaves no added fragrance; rinse thoroughly before cooking and follow label precautions.
- Liquid alternative to harsh scrubbing: Helps loosen cooked-on grime so you can clean with less aggressive scraping than grill bricks or wire brushes.
- Best results with the right tool: For heavy carbon buildup, pair with a griddle pad, scraper, or squeegee and repeat as needed; ideal for routine cleaning and restoration touch-ups.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How i re-seasoning the griddle grill?**
A: Your griddle or grill should be re-seasoned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

**Q: I would like to clean a waffle iron with removeable plates. Would this product work without heat? Thanks.**
A: I’m not sure, as I use this on a hibachi griddle top. I have to believe there’s a non-stick coating on the waffle iron? If so, you’ll need to see how it does/doesn’t work on these types of surfaces. I wish I could have been more helpful.

**Q: Can I use this product on a non stick waffle iron?**
A: Yes.

**Q: does this product remove rust ?**
A: No, profile rust in a cast iron pan has to be removed with a vinegar soak, steel wool and then re-seasoning.

Worked ok, not as well as I had hoped. But with a little extra scrubbing I got the last bit of stuff off my grill
