I rarely write reviews, but in this case I decided to write. My knee has been hurting for a week, I can't walk, I'm limping. I smeared it with different ointments and 5% lidocaine for a whole week, mozazal and glued patches on my knee. Nothing helped. I found Blue go on the Internet. Now I'm happy. I've been smearing it for only a day, the pain is 90% gone. This is a great product. I recommend it to everyone. Try it.

Works "OK", but is only 2.5% Menthol vs the 10% that other products have. Smells kinda like bubble-gum instead of menthol, which is a little weird to me.

wow I love this stuff it really works.. I rub it on before bed when I have walked up and the downstairs. It prevents leg cramps. I'm about to order my second bottle. I certainly will recommend it. I also have put it on my lower back when it was sore. So I like it a lot!
