No longer are documents falling out the manila folders. We switched out every project and every vendor folder to these folders . They are well made, can expand, and have multiple uses. You can place contracts, billing, material invoices and correspondence in its own section! You can house insurance policies from every year into one folder. You can use them for vendors you pay and have a section for each year instead of creating a new folder every year. Every area gets labelled and anyone can readily access the information and find what is needed. It is neat, organized and looks so professional!! I have even started using these at home for medical information on all my kids and to hold all my utility bills in one folder. Want them in different colors and if possible even bigger sizes with more tabs!!! Please SMEAD make more colors!!!!

Well made and sturdy. I have several projects at work I need to keep on track, and these work perfectly. With the additional filing space, I can have room for such things as meeting notes, flowcharts and correspondence - among other things. The outside cover of this is hard and does not bend or fold. The page in the middle is perfect for keeping additional information at the ready. These fit perfectly in a letter-size pendaflex-style hanging folder. These will help to keep all the paperwork for my projects neatly organized and easy to find. Love them!
