Great replacement after my mums remote decided to suddenly give up the ghost. Being able to get it on prime still at a great price was amazing as the on TV controls suck. The fact that no setup was required is just great. Stick some batteries in and away you go

My dog keeps eating these so I have bought a few cheap ones. They are not identical to the original and buttons a bit stiffer but they work well and are a good price. Still working fine 3 months on.

I wasn't expecting this to work as my TV model is UE40NU7120, it didn't state this model up top. I ordered next day delivery and when it arrived tried it out. works perfectly no set up which was as ideal. Would buy again if I ever need too.

Good price, worked straight out the box no programming, looks just like the original. Only minor issue is the the volume button is stuck down one side so it looks a little wonky but this doesnt affect the use of it.

Classic scenario. Just as this replacement arrived, we found the original Samsung remote we lost. So we're back using the old one for now, but glad to have this one as a backup. When tested it worked great, completely optimised for our TV and no issues at all. Now, where did I put the remote...

It’s good looking remote control but it didn’t work properly. Changed many batteries but still wasn’t working good for us. Getting refund

Item was received really quickly. All I had to do was open the Amazon envelope and then put two batteries into the remote. It was then ready to use. Couldn’t be more easy, recommend.

❌ Las teclas reaccionan lento al pulsarlas. ❌ Al tacto también se nota que es más endeble (baratero) y que pesa menos que el original. ❌ Como se puede ver en la foto (original a la izquierda, repuesto a la derecha) no tiene los atajos de E-Manual ni de Settings, sino un botón de Sports y otro de Extra (ninguno de los dos activan nada en mi modelo de smart tv). ✅ La parte positiva es que no hizo falta configurar nada. Pones las pilas y ya funciona. ✅ Sí cuenta con el botón home (el de la casita que abre el menú de las aplicaciones de internet). ✅ Es una solución barata y rápida si se estropea tu mando original. No os recomiendo que sí lo compréis, pero tampoco que no lo compréis. De momento no lo devuelvo porque, para lo que es, me sirve, pero sin más…

Buen precio y buena calidad. Es el segundo que compro. Esta vez para una amiga.
