Great product, top notch seller.
Don't let the fancy name fool you - near as I can tell, this is nothing more than 7% hydrogen peroxide. Still, there's nothing wrong with that, and Neutra Sul works very well. We use it to help combat iron in our well water. I have a Stenner peristaltic pump which I use to inject Neutra Sul into the water. It then goes into a contact tank and then the rust particles that form are removed by a sediment filter. If you are planning on using it for this purpose too, then great, but don't even bother asking what your expected feed rate will be. I've been tinkering with my horrible water for months and all I can tell you for sure is that the feed rate will depend on a lot of different factors and everyone's water is different. We use about a gallon per week, but again, our water is unusually awful. I'll give you a few hints though, based on my experience. First, if your water is high in iron and also hard, then you may want to position your softener FIRST in line, before any peroxide or other treatment. I know that runs contrary to conventional wisdom, but I look at it this way... if your water is hard, then you're always going to need a softener anyway. The softener can remove maybe 80 or 90% of the iron too, while it is in its ferric state (that is, before the iron turns to rust). So you might as well let it. Then clean up the remaining iron with oxidation and filtration. Secondly, and I can't state this strongly enough... check your pH. If your pH is low it can make it very hard to remove iron. In fact, pH is very important to overall water quality, so you may want to start there. Bring your pH up to 7 or slightly higher and then see where that leaves you.Anyway, Neutra Sul is a very useful product. I must say, shipping has been extremely fast, so kudos to the seller on that! Once I had a bottle that was damaged in shipping and leaked all over my driveway, but they replaced it and I had a new bottle the next day after filing the claim! Fantastic seller (Pro Products).Final note, do remember this is a strong oxidant. Do NOT let it touch your skin because it WILL burn. And for goodness sake, use eye protection when handling!

Sulfur smell from hot water heater water FIXED
Very happy with Nutra Sul. After putting 1 cup of the Nutra Sul into my hot water tank, the odor in my hot water is gone. I did a second treatment a week later just for good measure. After a month so far not a bit of smell has returned. I installed a removable sediment filter that I take off, fill with the peroxide, replace and then run my hot water to make sure it goes into my hot water tank to eliminate the smell. I figure I'll be doing this again as the element gets build up so I put a valve in front of and behind the sediment filter so I don't have to drain half my house and get water on the floor to do this.

Works for farm wells
We've been using this to remove the sulfur smell from our farm well which our goats didn't like before. It also had a lot of rust. Both of these have been significantly reduced or eliminated. However, with this lower strength (7%), it takes more to treat the well. One gal lasts for almost a week.It would be nice if there was a stronger version that didn't cost so much. All of the other ones on this website have a higher weekly cost. They may be stronger, but their costs are even higher percentage-wise than their increased strengths would suggest even though we would be using reduced rates. They should cost less due to the decreased shipping weights needed for a given amount of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).We may end up having to go to the not-so-local feed supplier who carries ~14gal containers of 30% H2O2 with stabilizers for livestock wells since we plan to continue using H2O2 in our well water.

no more sulfur smell
We've had sulfur smell from the faucets and it was becoming worse. We've replaced the whole house sediment filters, added small amounts of bleach into our 450 gallon holding tank, but the odor persisted. We added a full gallon into the holding tank about a month ago, and the odor disappeared. We'll add as needed. No effects on plants, pets drinking water, or humans. In fact, it has helped in keeping my hair from turning orange from the rust/iron in our well.

Wanted to get away from bleach
I bought this to use as a household cleaner and ditch the bleach. It's not always obvious that it's working, but it is. My favorite thing to do is fill a spray water up with some 1:1 water ratio and spray it on the grout by the base of the toilet. No doubt it's working there! It bubbles out all the germs and debris and leaves the grout looking really clean. I like to clean around all fixtures like that -sink, dishwashers, cleaning the funky smell out of front loading washers.Highly recommend, and you don’t have to worry about someone pouring bleach into ammonia or a dirty litter box and producing deadly chlorine gas. I’m moving away from the harsh chemicals (although this should be treated with respect).

Product Great!/Packing the worst!
The product, being the only one I've found that will do the job, is great. The delivery method is haphazard in that the boxes your packing 4 1 gallon containers in set the delivery person up for failure. To the point: your putting 4 pounds of potatoes in a 30 pound sack! It does not matter who picks it up, it's when it's picked up, the product bangs to the other side. Add to that the lack of FRAGILE stickers on 4 sides....a mess! My mail carrier actually rolled it out of the vehicle into the ground like a bag of mulch!5 of the 24 1 gal. Jugs had been hit on the lid enough that they were broken and or leaking.Your request for photos are late and since I count on you he product to keep my household fixtures free of crud, photos were not a priority! Maybe next time, IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT!
