Can't use it!
I bought this for a phoenix gold amp that I planned to install. The lpl44 claims to work with it. I didn't install the amp or knob right off. When I finally did I found that the cord that is supplied fits in the amp but is too big for the port on the knob. Can't use it. Wasted money, wasted time.

Works
Works as it says it does for my x600.1 amplifier and allows for the 20dB attenuation. Easy enough to install (minus the troubles of car wire routing), and even able to make this as a DIY project (which I honestly recommend). But either way, it's clean, easy, and effective!
