Dose I took- one tablet half an hour before exercise My journey through HELL starts- possibly it was the 4th day of using the product, I had feverish chiils after walking an hour on treadmill( without the tablet I have walked for 100 minutes without any side effects). Very effective and does what is claimed. I started with 1 tablet in the morning and within 2 days I could feel and see the effects. I feel more energetic, lost the need for afternoon siesta, and lost half kg weight. Most importantly, stubborn belly fat started to melt. Now after 1 week, I have lost 2 kg weight. I am 56 years of age and have been hypothyroid for the past 22 yrs, although I have always been able to keep my weight in ideal range, upto the pandemic, when lifestyle went haywire.
