Q: Will this produce help on a fresh 2nd degree burn?

Yes, but you must reapply consistently several times a day (and keep the burn clean, obviously) Plan to continue use for a number of days. It also helps with scarring.

Q: does this work for burn scars?

I honestly do not think this product works. I usually buy curad silver solution. I burnt myself and immediately put it on. I had no pain and no scar. I've also used it on cuts and sores. It works fast. The biotech dries immediately. The curad stays moist. Buy curad, it works!!

Q: Will this help with scars that are about a year old? Is it safe to use on the face?

Yes, it is safe to use on the face. I am not sure about the scar issue, but I would try it. I would put it on 2 or 3 times a day. It might take several months to show improvement. Also, it takes a long time to dry on skin.

I do not know if it will fade spots. It will help heal cuts and burns. It will help your skin to be healthy.

Purchased this product last previously and as shown on the BOX it says FORMERLY ASAP 365 silver gel...WELL IT IS NOT BECAUSE THAT GEL IS 24PPM AND THIS NEW ONE IS 20PPM SILVER ...That is NOT THE SAME. VERY DECEPTIVE and NOT AS EFFECTIVE
