The lower compression rating for these make them so easy to put on! The cotton protects my skin from the elastic so no itchy shins while or after I wear them. I just wish they had more compression

These Sigvaris cotton compression stockings are awesome. I have psoriasis and my skin is easily irritated. Most nylon stockings start to creep down and when they bunch up behind my knee it feels like sandpaper against my skin. However, it is difficult to find cotton. I ordered the Sigvaris but was skeptical and was I ever surprised! They not only were incredibly comfortable but never ride down and they stay in place. They are also easier to put on than other stockings. They provide a toe slip which makes it very easy to put them on. I had a prodecure and wearing them 24 Hours a day and the cotton makes them very comfortable and they look like other compression stockings. Have already bought a second pair. Love them!!

my wife is wearing sigvaris since 6years back. but she prefer the one special for women. no doubt this brand is the best.

My legs swell on hot days, and the cotton content of these make them much more comfortable than hoses made of all manmade fibers. They are still warm, as they are heavy (thick) but still a huge improvement, to me.

Cannot say I love these, but come on , they are compression hose!! But great to have cotton in a compression stocking; they are generally torture to wear in the summer, but the cotton helps it to be bearable! SOOO much better than the nylon/spandex combo!

They’re not as good as I thought they’d be. Easily got pulls in them the very first time they were worn and now are stretching out that they don’t stay up. Also the fabric is wearing out around the tops where the silicone bands are. Very disappointed for the price

These should come to almost the top of your leg, just an inch or so under your rear - look at the picts of model. These are about mid thigh on me, I do have long legs but I can wear long in other compression hose with out issues these are mid thigh and continue to move down the leg...seller was great but the product not so much. I have had them on for less than 2 hours and they are driving me nuts by having to adjust them constantly . the compression is ok, could be tighter but length needs to be about 3-4 inches longer to be what I call long in comparison with other hose.
