This is the second time I have purchased this item the first one the sponge came apart from the base hopefully this one will far better.

Leaves a shiny layer which comes off and stains things. Better off just buffing

Best instant shoe shine I’ve ever used. I’ve used another top brand. And a Boots own brand one. The Boots one was good but they stopped making it. I’ve fou d this brand now and am very happy that this works even better. Super shiny shoes and boots in an instant. As with all instant shines, make sure you’ve cleaned off mud and dust. But the results are dazzling!

Okay, but quite hard to apply, not like the usual liquid polish that is very easy to apply. It is more like trying to spread treacle, I persevered and the finish was okay but not much of a shine.

Unlike the picture that shows the sponge all black, mine is only one third black. The sponge shines, but the black pigment is thin and does not cover well. Maybe was in storage too long. Too expensive for what you get.

Certainly does what is says on the box, using this several times on my shoes before interviews for that extra shine. But after a week or so it fades a bit and there's only so many times you can polish your shoes with the sponge, but for its price i cant complain
