Sharp, fine point and easy to use
These are pretty good scissors, the finger grip is quite wide for their size and comfortable to use. These have become a little loose since I bought them six years ago, but they have retained their edge. To be fair though, I haven't used these as much as another pair I purchased, but they have been used for trimming threads, cutting varying thicknesses of thread for rigging and cutting decals for plastic models. Some cutting of paper has been involved as well. One thing with these scissors is that they are secured together with a rivet. While that might ultimately make them more secure and less likely to come apart, it does mean that when they loosen, you can't tighten them up. Again, I'm not sure this is such a terrible thing as screws offer their own problems. Oh well, they haven't come apart yet and while they are looser now they still work just fine. The handle is hard plastic but quite nicely shaped and finished, so comfortable on the fingers. These are surprisingly good for the price, so I don't really have any complaints. That they have survived so long when more expensive ones have failed speaks volumes in itself. For me these are worth the price and are surprisingly good. It's not like you can expect much more these days.

Strong, sturdy, sharp,
I bought these scissors in 2022 for dressmaking. Two years down the line, they are still strong. Are the perfect length and everyone keeps borrowing them so I have to buy more. Also they were under a tenner so really affordable.

Great scissors
I love these scissors. I have some on hand in practically every room, and every project bag. Great for embroidery and knitting/crochet. Not too big, not to expensive and sharp enough.

Depends upon what they are to be used for.
IWe bought two pairs to replace a well known brand of scissors we'd had for a long time that looked similar. My husband loved his pair and actually used them to cut his nails.I disliked them. Felt they'd benefit from some lubrication. They are of no use for sewing or unpicking stitches.Despite being more expensive I wanted the other scissors as an exact replacement and was happy to have done that. My pair as here, was consigned to cutting paper.
