Came with great packing and no issue or damages Clarity is good and easy to install and configure Got the product at great price and called Urban Clap for installation All done within 1500 Can access cam from anywhere using app and took just few seconds to configure Really appreciate

Different part received
At the time of order, it was clearly mentioned in Details that either WD, Seagate or toshiba HDD will be given in this combo set. But today they have sent consistent SATA HDD, which is of third quality as compared to above HDD. Request to kindly replace my HDD otherwise i will return the product. Never expected this type of services from amazon, i will think twice before ordering again!!!!

HDD is refurbished, remaining all are good
All the products received with this combo is genuine except hard disk, ITS PURELY REFURBISHED, not able to detect when trying to install, after visiting service Center, they have made format, after that started working Make sure to have genuine original hdd

Worst items not to be purchd from the said IT firm
The product of Hikvision- combo kit supplied by Pratik Khandelwal is good one the product of Hikvision- but ancillary items like wire which is only 45 mtr but mentioned as one bundle in generally it's 90 mtrs all over India and one 1TB Seagate survillance which is refurbished & not working within 15 days of installation. Kindly do the needful to return the same. The Seller didn't care to my reply thru telephonic conversation. So Amazon's reputation shall effect. Till date i.e.09/04/2019 the Cctv combo of Hikvision- lying defunct due to 1TB Seagate survillance refurbished/ damaged one. I request Amazon to take action against the Seller.

Good product
The product is as expected.but the seller send me a bad corrupted HDD (mistake)when I contact them they solve my problem with help of Amazon So I recommend it but go for 5mp camera for a better picture quality

Worst product and support from Amazon
Worst product, I got defect camera and adapter .when I contacted manufacturer for warranty support who denied saying that they will not support product bought from Amazon. Then I have contacted Amazon but I didn't get any help from Amazon and they said they will not provide any customer support they are there only to sell the products. Worst support from Amazon and manufacturer..Better to buy outside small shoos who provid is excellent support
