Works well and inexpensive but not awesome. Sometimes it doesn't scan a bar code that's easily scan-able by other scanner.

Very durable, easy to work

Worked for awhile, but it started doing weird things like it started scanning full-time without pulling the trigger, then, it started repeating characters into infinity, and it had to be unplugged. This is one of those things where I'd rather pay more money than have to replace one of these every couple of months. There's no reason that these should become unreliable. It literally only has one job.
