Beautiful set, perfect for everyday use

Ordered this lovely bowl and received 2 random (‘halo’) cups and saucers which I don’t need. In order to return I need to find a printer, re-package and traipse to post office at Christmas time which feels like more hassle than it’s worth! Not the service I expect from a Denby.

Die Kanne kam leider defekt an. Es war kaum ein Schutz zwischen decken und Kanne; dadurch ist vom Deckel Material abgeplatzt.... Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Teekanne.

This dish set is very attractive. It’s not too heavy but is durable and stacks compactly. It has a nice glaze on all surfaces. The bowls in this set feel perfect in your hand. The mugs have a nice arrow detail and are wonderfully oversized. The neutral color goes well with any color scheme you have going on in your kitchen. I love them!

Nice design. Does not drip. Only complaint is the interior will stain quickly.

I was dubious when I opened the box and found that the lid has no gasket and does not fit on the pitcher tightly. But this beautiful French press works just fine. I can make 2.5 big mugs of coffee at a time with it. It is very solid. I like the design so much that I bought the dishes to match. Preheat the pitcher with hot water from the tap. I bought a new electric kettle that heats to 200 degrees. Add the hot water to coarse ground beans and let is sit for 5 to 6 minutes. Push the plunger slowly. Makes lovely tasty coffee that is not bitter.
