Mixes well with water and tea. Elevates ketones and helps me get back into ketosis faster when I slip up.

I'm using this in my methylene blue bottle to add ketones to my sips and to provide a good flavor. Only using a half teaspoon pr 12 oz.I sometimes use it by itself when on the road and don't get enough good fats.Follow Dr. Boz!!

the ones in the pre-measured packets are great, but this one in the 9.6 oz tub is terrible. it is filled to the brim and impossible to open without spilling this very expensive product. the product itself is 5 stars, packaging is 1 giving an average of 3

Giving it 4 stars cause it honestly doesn’t taste that great. I’ve been trying to figure out what to mix it with that l’ll taste good and to what ratio. So far less water and more water don’t work, sugar free syrups, nope. But it does do what it’s meant to. Helps me cleanse and get into ketosis while curbing my appetite for a few hours. It mixes into hot water well.The price is crazy. . .going to try mixing it with coffee next. Maybe even use some sweetener or something.

This seller sent me expired product knowing that it’s not eligible for return. That is an awful business practice. I will only buy direct in the future. Great product but questionable seller.
