This is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned. Super firm but it adjusts to my body for a good nights sleep. And delivery was so easy! I live on the 9th floor of apartment and it was a sinch getting it into my home. No scheduling delivery.

Too soft

One of my daughters had been sleeping on an old spring mattress she just wouldn't part with (it was an emotional attachment thing think). Basically it got to the point where springs were starting to poke through and I decided enough was enough. That same day I saw this and decided she needed it.First, it's heavy but not super heavy. You will need two people to carry it but not necessarily due to its weight, but because it's awkward to carry and set up with just one person. My husband and one of my sons did the carrying part. They took it out of the box, put the bed (still encased) on the bed, and let it decompress. I was shocked at how fast it went from looking like mattress beef jerky to looking like a normal mattress. I was also pleased there was no overwhelming chemical smell like I have experienced with some mattresses.Then my daughter came home. At first she was in hysterics. Then she laid on the bed, and said it was a bit too hard. I told her it needed more time to decompress. She woke up the next morning saying it's the best night's sleep she's had in years (she'd been using that mattress since she was 6). She said the next night was even better. On a huge plus side, she's stopped complaining about back pain (it was to the point I had an appointment with a chiropractor scheduled for her, so that appointment will be cancelled). Now if I can just get her to switch her pillows...The bed is firm but not too firm. I can see how it could accommodate different sleep styles and would be perfect for couples who sleep in different positions. It's like a lot of the memory foam mattresses we have in our home (we have a lot of beds here due to the number of children) but it seems to offer more support as well as more cushioning. If I were to buy this in a store I'd expect to pay a lot more. Definitely recommend if you flip around like a fish when you sleep (back to side to front to back like my daughter) or for couples who sleep in different ways.I'm not sure how long this will hold up over time but if I run into issues I will definitely update my review.

A great firm mattress in a box .Great quality.

Extremely comfortable! I love this new bed! 8 was afraid that the matress wasn't going to be as good as I had hoped, but it turned out to be better! Now I'll see if it outlasts it's warranty.
