At first it smells a bit like garlic... At least you can smell garlic in the blend of the flavors. However, it is great for sauce for potato chips or as a salad dressing. As a powder have not tried much. Catch a recipe: Ranch dressing + sour cream + chopped chilli jalapeno. )) It goes well with vegetables and meat.However, you should be careful... You may simply loose the true taste of the vegetables, if you overuse or get used to this taste of this dressing... It's a bit addicting.

The flavor is spot on - if you love Ranch Dressing, this is it - just in powdered form. We've tried this powder on chicken, french fries, and air popped popcorn with great results. It's easy to adjust how much flavor you put on, and because it's essentially a powdered herb mix, there's less fats and calories consumed overall.While the flavor is good, this is definitely a food item I'd use in moderation. The ingredients include (in order) maltodextrin, buttermilk, salt, MSG, dried garlic, dried onion, lactic acid, calcium lactate, spices, citric acid, and less than 1% of calcium stearate, artificial flavor, xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, and natural flavor. The ingredients are no organic - it's proudly displayed on the bottle that the power is produced using genetic engineering - and the sodium level is high (60 mg per serving). Again, this is not a food item I'd let my kids use with reckless abandon, but it is tasty, and in small amounts is really quite tasty. With 8 ounces of the mix per bottle and roughly 284 servings per bottle, this mix is going to last us quite a long time. This is definitely worth trying if you love Ranch dressing.
