Hooke Road Front Bumper and Rear Bumper kit with Spare Tire Carrier for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK & Unlimited 2/4 Doors

The bumpers were shipped directly from Hooke and came well packaged and protected. The instructions weren’t the best but were good enough. First impressions: they are well built and should last a lifetime. The powder coating seems decent. You will have a harder rime getting the old bumper off than putting the new bumpers on. It’s made it look like a different Jeep. These are great bumpers. Led lights are very bright ang booking them up was simple.

For the most part they are easy install, front bumper lined right up, the lights are great, as for the rear bumper, unboxed and found left mounting bracket was bent, easy enough to Straighten, mounting holes to frame were a little off, nothing a diegrinder couldn't fix. Over all a good product.

Like the look of it but impossible to install yourself. The instructions were torn and parts just thrown in the box as well as scratches and rust on the parts. There were no instructions for installing the lights either. Had to take it to get professionally put on. Would no order from them again.

This product was well made and shipped in sturdy packing. Easy instruction and all needed hardware came with each bumper. The welds and steel are of a hi quality and the finish coatings are even and covered on all sides and incase the complete bumpers.

I received the front bumper on time. Package was slightly damaged but didn’t think it was a big deal. After installation I found the the brush guard bar on the front had a good sized dent in it. I did not notice this before installation because of the roll of foam taped on it that I did not remove until I was finished. Upon further investigation I found the winch guard is bent and there is paint missing from the outside corners. That being said I contacted Hooke and they told me they would refund me 50 bucks to have the dent pulled. For being a car company they don’t understand their product very well because that’s not a dent easily pulled and it would take much more than 50 dollars of my time to repair it. After a few messages back and forth they agreed to replace the product. It has now been a week since I received the front bumper, still waiting on the rear bumper and tire carrier to see how that product turns out. I will leave an updated review once that happens, but as of now I will receive my replacement front bumper before the original rear and tire carrier arrive. This is my first time using this company and I more than likely will not use them again.(Update)Received my rear bumper and tire carrier. Both items have plenty of paint missing with little to no damage on the box. When I contacted Hooke about some missing hardware (missing hardware is extremely common with this company) and the paint damage they were very helpful and nice. They gave me information on how to fix it myself. I made sure to inform them I will not be buying their product again because I don’t like their yes it’s our fault now you fix it customer relation attitude.I would highly suggest looking elsewhere! This company is trash.

Very strong and easy to install

There are no instructions on how to install.The tire swing ball bearing system was not efficient. I had to cut some 2"ABS pipe in order for it not to rattle like crazy.Wife was in accident with bumpers when she was 8 months pregnant. The bumpers handled like a champ! They barely scratched
