ZABAR'S should be doing an update of this 1979 classic. Ever wondered if corned beef has corn in it? What's the difference between gravlax, lox and Nova Scotia salmon? How should you serve cheese on a platter? Who makes sure the pickles are kosher?Don't laugh!!! Your entire happiness depends on these answers!!!

Not bad. It has nice stories and provides some insights. But it doesn't give away many cherished recipes.
