I've been doing keto on and off for about five years. I've tried a variety of keto shakes, snacks, and supplements in that time. This shake is my new go-to and the best shake of all that I've tried. I use it both as a meal replacement and as a snack to curb junk food cravings. Each time I restart a keto diet or reduction in junk food/sugar, I struggle with sticking to it. The DAY I started using this shake, I was able to adhere to the diet again. (Diet as in way of eating, not necessarily weight loss). I happen to be losing weight now because I had been in a habit of eating poorly for about six months. But I plan to continue using this shake even when I reach my goal weight. First off - the carb cravings are dramatically reduced with this shake. I also feel legitimately satisfied with it for hours, where some other shakes leave me still feeling hungry. I even feel satiated with one scoop, and it calls for two. I get energy and ability to concentrate with this shake. I also feel an increase in overall calmness and happiness (this is usually the case when I eat fewer sugars, but especially noticeable with this shake). No bloating! I had switched to Garden of Life's Keto Shake after Ancient Nutrition's Keto Feast was discontinued. The Garden of Life shake would help me lose weight over time, but did not do much to curb cravings and made me bloat like crazy. I felt like Regina George eating Calteen bars. Keto Feast hadn't made me bloat, so I knew it was possible for a high fat shake to not cause bloating and that's how I ended up trying this shake. Flavor: absolutely the best of any keto or protein shake I've tried over the years. No weird flavors. It tastes exactly like Coco Puffs. Garden of Life had tasted like birthday cake a bit, but still had that protein shake vibe. Keto Feast had tasted honestly like garbage, but had worked well. So this shake tasting great and working well makes me very happy. Quantity - this container seems to be lasting me longer than the Garden of Life containers did. They both come with their own scoops, and I've never measured what the respective scoops hold in terms of volume, but this one seems to have more "scoops"/servings per container. It is also less expensive. Weight loss - wow. I definitely wanted to lose a few pounds after having been eating poorly for six months. After a week my stomach looks significantly smaller and more toned. I haven't restarted my exercise regimen yet either. After three days of using this, a relative literally asked if I'd been working out because she said I looked much thinner the day I saw her. I replied I was shocked to hear she could already tell a difference because I'd only been eating differently for a few days. (This confirms for me all the more that the old shake was causing some bloat because I don't think it was just lost weight that made the difference.) I've waxed poetic in past reviews about how great I feel on keto. I won't here, but in general if you feel sick often, especially after eating sweets on an empty stomach, if you get fatigued after meals, if you have trouble regulating blood sugar, etc. you might want to look into keto or at least reducing sugars and simple carbs. A shake like this can help with meal times when you need something quick or when you are out and about and not near healthy food options. Overall - for the price and because of how great this works for me, I'd say it's well worth the try if you're on the fence with trying this one. I'm really glad I finally pulled the trigger on buying a new brand.

Great price compared to anywhere when purchased in the two pack. Consistency and ability to mix the powder with water is good and easy. Provides energy—good as meal substitute. Convenient and healthy. Very quick delivery without prime. I prefer the chocolate. The vanilla tastes a bit unnatural so it’s not my favorite. For efficiency and flavor I mix half vanilla and half chocolate in water. Purchased multiple times and will continue to buy it.

This stuff tastes awesome when you're in Ketosis. My husband and son who tried it were like, "This isn't very sweet", but neither of them eats ketogenically (is that a word?), and when I'm in ketosis everything tastes a lot sweeter to me. Even when I bake a "keto treat", I use less fake sweetener than many recipes call for because it tastes too sweet otherwise. This shake I mix with a cup of coconut milk (the carton kind, not the canned) and a couple of ice cubes and it's great. If I'm making it on a day that I ate hardly any carbs, I allow myself to add half a frozen banana and a spoonful of peanut butter and it's insanely delicious. But even just plain with the nutmilk it's thick, rich and filling. The couple of ice cubes just give it a frosty temp which I prefer. I'm absolutely able to swap this in as a meal replacement, and it keeps me full so that I don't give in to any snacking temptation and gives me that afternoon energy when I'm feeling that slump coming on. I generally drink one of these shakes for my first meal at around 10:30-11am and I'm able to last until dinner at 4pm. The ratios are great and this shake has been very effective at helping me stay the course, especially as we head into the holiday season with carby temptations galore. I really appreciate the chocolate flavor tasting like real cocoa - some chocolate protein shakes are great and some taste weird. This one is great and I've already re-ordered and put it on Subscribe and Save.

I normally just give star rating without writing a review but for me this was a sensitive topic having recently switched to a modified keto diet and was having a hard time finding products that still taste good while meeting my net carb goals. This powder does reminds me of Nesquik full sugar chocolate powder but with a creamier flavor. It mixes well with nut and plant based milks (I use a blender bottle with the standard metal mixing ball) and this completely overrides those bland and watery flavors you get in unsweetened milks like almond. My worries of drinking keto friendly milks are gone, and that confidence is important to me to be able to stick with this diet. For anyone else questioning if this will fix nut based milk flavor, yes, yes it will. 100% recommend. Also, you can mix this with your say almond milk and I use Isopure unflavored protein powder all in the same blender bottle. It's delicious and not gritty - all blend well into a wonderful, chocolatey, protein shake.

Has no flavor or just a hint of flavor. Definitely could taste better. Keeps me full as a meal replacement. Will seek another keto brand with more flavor.

I'm in a wheelchair and I've had trouble losing weight for years until a friend of mine recommended the keto, her family did it and they both lost weight diets have always been a problem for me because generally it's recommended to do a lot of exercise by the keto diet exercise is helpful, but you can still lose weight, apparently because I lost 50 pounds and like two months. However, recently I had to have some dental work done and they shakes the meal shakes are allowing me to stick to the diet for the most part I pick this particular brand because it had the most reviews that said the taste was, not chalky, and the reviews are correct. Taste is not chalky. However, I have discovered that while the taste is not chalky. Personally make mine with milk as I've always been a fan of creamier drinks for me that the no one didn't taste bad or chalky. However, I don't think it has enough of the vanilla flavor. It's more like its flavor-less at least to me. Somebody else may not have that problem. However, I couldn't really taste a vanilla flavor so even though it's not strictly keto I added a handful strawberries to it in the blender and that was excellent. It was like a strawberry milkshake. I also ordered the chocolate flavor as well. I think it is excellent. I personally even though it may not be strict keto. I also ordered the sugar-free peanut butter powder from better body foods and I had a few skip to that the chocolate and it's like drinking a liquid receipt Without the sugar or too many calories. I think the keto meal shake is excellent
