Im still on my first one which is slowly reaching The end of its life span after 10 weeks (skate 2 - 3 time per week now) but I can conclude, these are some tough, snappy, and reactive boards. The shape is pretty good and will accommodate any street skater out there. Any complaint that Anybody may have about the shape all boils down to personal preference, and although I found the tail and nose a bit too steep, I adapted fairly quickly. By industry standards, these boards have a medium concave, but concave steepness varies slightly according to its position in the board press, so results may vary. The boards allow for really nice slides on ledges due to a nice little lock in spot on the front of each truck base. If you’re primarily a ledge skater, you won’t have any trouble with your nose and tail slipping off of rounded ledges mid slide, which is something that I am particular about. I can’t say much about durability for impact skating because that’s not exactly my realm, but I had a few 3 and 4 stair sessions and it held up just as well as any board. Considering that I am 218 pounds, far heavier than the average skateboarder, you can safely bet that these will serve you just fine. The wood quality, and consequently, the pop on this board is super solid and reactive. I say for sure that this is Canadian maple, but it certainly feels up to par with that quality.
