Q: How do i use l’oréal lip tint i can’t get the tint to come to the tip

I've had the same problem. It took me hundreds of twists to eventually get the product out and ready to use. First one I received didn't work at all so amazon replaced it. The second one worked but in general I think it's a waste of money. The idea of that lip tint was good but make is awful. Return it for the refund, if you can.

Yes, and yes to both of your questions. I bought two of these. I didn't like the dry feeling, nor the matt finish of the kiss cushion. I applied a high quality lip gloss. There was no staying power, so I don't use it anymore.

I usually use a lip scrub beforehand and pat my lips dry with tissue but it would only hold the same as a lip gloss wand or other lip stains
