A great book to refer to.
For me this book on crossfit "WOD" was far better than the other one i purchased. It is easy to reference and very accurate.It also contains some workouts I have never seen before which is fine by me because they are new and challenging.

One Crossfit book is plenty
I purchased 3 Cross Training books. I wish when previewing them you could see more info. They were basically 3 identical books with different covers. I love crossfit, wanted a book with WODS I could do at home. One book would be plenty since the workouts in all 3 books are the same.

I was looking for a book on cross training that was not a straight up "Cross fit" product. This book is essentially a cut and paste activity from the cross fit web site. What is needed is a guide for cross training that is logical, progressive and prudent. Cross fit does not supply this and neither does this book. I am very disappointed.David Conlon

Good orientation on Cross Training
In a clear concise way, the author describes what is cross training and how to implement that method to improve all the components of fitness. The large list of work out of the day (WOD) results excessive to my liking but it adds multiple options that many people will find useful.

Everything I needed
Cross Training 101 is a perfect beginners guide to Crossfit. It has literally everything you could possibly want, in a simple, clear format, all in one place. It explains everything from the ground up, and has an amazing variety of workouts and nutritional information. I found that I learned a lot when I first read the book, but I keep coming back to use it as a reference as well. I'm so happy that I bought this book instead of spending hours finding unreliable information online. Now I can spend more time exercising and less time sitting on my butt.

Nothing new in here. Just some basic info and wods to work with. It wasn't life changing..Its good if you don't know whats involved in crossfit.

wanted more instruction. Too advanced for me. Just a list of exercises for each day.

gute Übersicht mit 'kleiner' Einführung dafür viele WODs
Ist ne schöne kleine Einführung in die Materie. Stellt ein wenig die Entstehung und die Existenz der Community crossfit COM vor. Leider nicht sehr tiefgreifend, dafür viele WODs zur Inspiration um das eigene Training zu gestalten

Libro semplice che introduce al cross fit.Ci sono molti wod ma non da spiegazioni tecniche sugli esercizi, quindi utile a chi si avvicina alla disciplina
