Impressive product & service
Awesome personalized gift for marriage/ anniversary. The vendor has initiated communication for personalisation and the modifications that were required were done (within specifications) by varna crafts. Sample was sent in PDF format before they took it up for manufacturing. The end product was good. Timely delivery added value to the service. Can't expect anything more.

Average product. Only cut board cutting . There's not enough lights given. Yellow led provided which is not suitable for the product.

Just loved it.
I was randomly going through Amazon and I found this. I contacted the seller immediately from the information given in the page. I asked him for more designs and he sent me and I made a rough design based on the designs sent to me. Seller said he can do it and gave me a layout design before making and also sent me the final product image to check before dispatching. Only after I was satisfied he dispatched it.This was the surprise for my husband and I was very happy to see this unique design product.Thank you Varna Crafts.

Not to that much happy
Product looks good but the charger is of low quality, although they have exchanged the charger but that heat up too much after few minutes of power supply and the led lights also heat up. after 1-2 hours light is fused, now it is just only wooden name cutout. Over all not as much happy with the product
