Great customer service.
Got this as a gift for someone who wears a Large in hoodies usually, but he is pretty slender. This hoodie in Large was way too big for him and loose fitting. So, ordering a smaller size would be best. Also, the quality is really poor texture wise and the iron on is a blurry image. However, the customer service is really wonderful. They helped me without hesitation. So, I will maybe still shop through them in the future! The styling is nice, if just the quality could match.
