Easily installed on existing light location on stern, good quality for the price.

Not waterproof...."water resistant' NOT good enough for a marine environment I am afraid!
The rear case has four holes that pass through to the inner where solder connections are exposed .Only two holes will be used for mounting screws so what is to stop sea or rainwater entering and shorting the light. I am returning this item as not fit for purpose.

Rusty within days!!! Beware!!!
Only fitted a few weeks ago and has started rusting inside and water droplets / condensation inside.VERY POOR.
