Product isnt useful

We only received rods and no hinges and so the product is usless for us. I have tried amazon customer care phone number several times but everytime they say theres a problem and they will get back ..they never do. Also i have tried returning the product several times and its status doesnt charge. Disappointed with Amazon service this time and there is no way to get in touch with them
