After trying out 11 other bluetooth headsets and earbuds and going through the reviews of hundreds of other headsets in Amazon, I finally found the best one that I could find. Granted, this headset doesn't have all the features I was looking for, but it comes closest. The features that I look for in a headset are the following in the order of importance. Although this headset lacks two of the nine features I would like to have, it still has more features than other headsets, and it is the best one that I could find in Amazon. All in all, I highly recommend this headset. 1. Microphone Quality -- The caller at the other end must be able to hear me loudly and clearly without my voice sounding muffled. This headset has excellent mic quality and is able to pick up my voice very well as I personally tested it by having my wife use it to call me. 2. Sound Quality -- The speaker should have well balance sound, capable of producing clear highs and mids as well as deep bass. This headset has excellent sound quality with well balanced sounds and deep bass for both phone conversations and music. 3. Noise Cancellation -- The headset must have a good noise cancellation capability. This headset has good noise cancellation. I tested by turning on the fan next to me, and the caller at the other end could not hear the fan noises. 4. Ear Tip -- The Ear Tip must be in-the-ear style to block out the external noises while making the calls or listening to music. The ear tip on this headset is angled and could be rotated to inserted into the ear. This is a very nice and thoughtfgul design which is very hard to find in other headsets. It would have fitted even better if the ear tip could be rotated and made to face forward slightly more. I bought and paired it with a memory foam ear tip and it fits and works even better in blocking out the external noises. 5. Ear Hook -- The Ear Hook must not be bulky behind the ear to cause difficulty putting it on or discomfort when worn for a long time. This headset's earhook is thin and not bulky, which makes it relatively easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day long. 6. Volume Up/Down Buttons -- The headset must have a separate volume Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume and go to the Previous/Next Track . This headset has separate volume Up/Down buttons, and works very well. 7. Connect to 2 Devices at the Same Time -- The headset should be able to connect to two devices at the same time. Although this headset claims to be able to connect to two devices at the same time, it can only connect to one device at a time. Even though I connect to a second device separately, it only connects to the last device connected when headset power is turned on. Trying to manually connect to the second device also does not work. I followed the instructions step by step in the manual several times and even did a factory reset on the headset, but it still did not connect to two devices simultaneously. 8. Physical Sliding On/Off Switch -- The headset should have a phycial sliding On/Off switch to easily turn the headset On and Off, and know the On/Off state simply by looking at the switch position instead of having to go into the phone's bluetooth setting. This headset lacks this feature, and I wish the next version would have a separate sliding On/Off switch. One other thing to note is that the Multi-Function Button (MFB) needs to be depressed for about 3 seconds to turn on the headset and 7 seconds to turn it off, which I think is too long. Hopefully, this can be reduced to 4 seconds to turn off the headset in the next version. 9. Long Battery Life -- The headset must have at least 8 hours of battery life. This headset has 8 to 10 hours of battery life which meets my needs.

I recently purchased this Bluetooth Headset, and I have to say, I’m impressed with the sleek design and lightweight feel. Having had several Bluetooth headsets over the years, I must admit this one makes it to the top. I travel a lot and often use the Bluetooth headset on a plane which can be noisy. So, wanted to try it out on a plane before forming an opinion. Sound Quality: The audio is crystal clear, whether I’m making calls or listening to music. Any changes done to the sound source are reflected clearly and without fail. The sound is crisp and balanced. Comfort: The headset is extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods. The ear cups are angled perfectly while ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. I’ve worn it for hours continuously with no discomfort—something I can’t say about many other headsets. Battery Life: I was pleasantly surprised by the long battery life. While time will tell about its longevity, I’ve used it for multiple work sessions without needing to recharge. Connectivity: Pairing the headset with my phone and laptop was seamless, and the Bluetooth range is solid. I can walk around my home without worrying about the connection dropping, which is a huge plus when I need to take calls or listen to podcasts while doing other work. Noise Cancellation: The active noise-canceling feature is another standout. Whether I’m on a busy train or in a crowded plane, the headset blocks out background noise remarkably well, making calls and listening to music even more enjoyable. Mic Quality: The built-in microphone does an excellent job of picking up my voice clearly while filtering out ambient noise. All the folks that I asked how I sounded told me that I was very clear to them. Carrying Case: This Bluetooth headset comes with a carrying case and USB charger. Overall, this Bluetooth Headset is an excellent choice in my opinion for anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable headset. Whether you’re working from home, commuting, or just enjoying some downtime, this headset is a good fit and I highly recommend it.

What I like: - Affordable - Easy to pair - Multiple earbud options - Great sound quality most of the time - Noise cancellation - Fits well next to my glasses - Cute little storage case - It doesn't get tangled in my hair What I dislike: - It hurts my ears - Sometimes has a delay Now let me explain my experience: I simply wanted to get rid of my corded headset, so I bought these based on the reviews. I usually wear these for about 5 minutes at a time a few times a day unless I have a meeting, which is about once a week. Even after 5 minutes of wear, these hurt my ears. Maybe I'm just not used to wearing an earpiece like this or I just have tiny ears. It's not terrible. It's just not comfortable either. I primarily use this to record screen-share videos for work. The tool I use to record videos has a 3-2-1 countdown and then I'm on. Well, if I'm silent during the countdown or turn on my recorder too soon before turning on my headset, there is a delay in my recording. Usually, my "Hello, [name]. This is Samantha from [company] and I wanted to go over..." gets cut off. However, there is an easy fix: I simply turn on my headset before turning on my recorder and I talk nonsense into my headset until just before the countdown ends. That way, the headset knows to pick up my voice when I'm recording – or at least that's what I assume. However, the headset worked perfectly during a recent work call. I could hear my boss crystal clear and he could hear me well. So, I'm very happy with this headset. It's just not perfect, but, I'll admit, I'm not willing to pay big bucks for the perfect headset.

I bought these Bluetooth headphones as a Christmas gift for my brother. He drives for work and needed something practical and comfortable to use on the phone without distractions. He loved them! They connect easily to both iPhone and Android devices, the sound is clear, and the built-in microphone works great for calls. Plus, the design is discreet and professional, ideal for use at work or in the office. Great value. Recommended.

Excellent earpiece. Tried more than 50 earbuds but the phone call voice was not great for the other participants on calls. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks and the call quality is very good. I still use Apple AirPods for music. There is no indicator on the unit itself if battery is fully charged, hence I carry the case which tells how much charge is still there. Update: April 2025. I really like the earbud and it keeps good charge and the voice calls were clear for both the parties. However, recently, I have noticed that when walking on the street, it blocks the sound for both the parties and I have to keep my hand on the earbud to avoid it picking up street sounds that were drowning the voice. I will reduce the 2 stars because at this point, it is annoying to keep hand on the earbud. So in short, this worked very well for 3 months and now, I am looking for a new earbud again.

This headset is fantastic! I would give it 10 stars if I could! I bought this little thing in 2023 and it’s still going strong! The battery life lasts through a 10 hour work day, making multiple calls with my virtual phone system and taking Teams meetings. The call quality is clear for the most part. I have had a few negative remarks over the years about the call quality but nothing consistent. The battery has died in the middle of my workday maybe 3 times and it seems to be from being in Teams meetings all day. It does stay connected on my laptop through Bluetooth and I have yet to experience connectivity issues. I will say I only use this for work and it is only connected to one device, so I can’t speak to connectivity between multiple devices. It takes about 30 minutes to reach a “full” charge, however I plug it in at the end of my day and leave it until I’m ready to use again the next day or my next shift. So I’m not entirely sure if that contributes to the longevity of the battery throughout the day or not. There is volume control on the device but I seem to have better luck controlling the volume on my laptop. Overall, this device is worth the money and it has definitely lasted. It’s comfortable and lightweight to wear all day.

First I would like to say I bought two of these a year ago & they worked fair enough so I bought this third one, the first two eventually broke on me almost at the same time, one stopped working for no reason and would no longer take a charge, the second the on off button just would not function any more and found myself having to push it in so hard to turn on and off that I couldn’t hear the voice that said “power on” “power off” so I went without them for a while because it was winter and the top in my car was up because I mostly used them if my top was down, they helped more with the wind noise while driving than my earbuds I use for music. These are not that bad for the money for the amount of wind noise they cut out for the other person I’m talking to, that’s why I decided to try and buy this third one after the other two eventually failed, this new one only lasted 1-2 months I can not recall exactly when I bought it but it’s definitely not that old and already the button froze and stopped working all together, then one day I was able to get it to work and when I went to shut it off the button totally fell off so I tossed it out the window lol… if your looking for a quick solution for noise cancellation it would get you through for a time, the other issue I had is it didn’t fit right in my ear at all, I was always trying to find that soot where it was designed to fit, if it was pouting to the sky it fit better but then the mic was not close to my face, it’s simply an awkward mic to use and because of these issue listed here I would rate 1-2 stars but I chose 1 star because I owned three of them and they all broke.!
