WenVen Women's Anorak Military Jacket Lightweight Casual Cotton Coat with Hood

So this jacket is amazing, I was in 26 degree F weather in Georgia and it kept me warm with a long sleeve beneath. I am a south Texas girl, I'm not cut out for the cold, so trust me when I say this is a great jacket and lightweight too perfect for flying. This jacket does run small, does not stretch. I am usually an XL in most things, 5 ft 2 in, 210 lbs, 38C, wide hips, big butt. In this jacket I'm a size 2XL and it can close comfortably but just barely. I love that you can cinch the waist, it accentuates curves and is extremely flattering. I only wish I knew the color is darker than pictured. Keep in mind these jackets came in very late. I was upset about that because I wanted a brighter red but had to go with the jacket that arrived before my flight which was the one pictured. Overall great buy, def worth the price just order with time and order a couple sizes to return that one that didn't fit.

I recently bought this jacket to take on a trip to New England. The weather ranged from 38F - 80F. This jacket worked wonderfully!! I'm 5' 2", 170lbs. I bought a Large and it fit perfectly. I had enough room to wear a shirt and button up under it comfortably. It hit below my hips; just low enough to mostly cover my backside. The hood is detachable. It has 4 pockets on the outside, 2 of which have snaps, and 1 inside pocket. I was also able to cinch the waist when I wasn't wearing multiple layers underneath. It does have a thin satin-like liner. The sleeves were a bit long on me, but with one roll up and they hit just past my wrist. The cuffs do have snaps on them, but didn't feel tight in the least.One small issue I had, is that one of the snaps became detached from the material on the flap of one of the outside pockets. I kept the snap. I believe (hope) this is easily repairable with some fabric glue.

''This jacket looks nice and seems t o be well made. The sleeves are long but I am 5'9" so perfect for me. I usually wear a large and while this jacket fits, when layered over a sweater it is rather snug. I think I will try an XL and see if that is too big.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. This is absolutely gorgeous and well made. I'm a large US size, 180 lbs, 5'7'' and the Large fit is exceptional.

Wanted to love this jacket mostly for trips in our RV. I ordered the khaki color, but the picture does not match the actual color which I thought was ugly, more of a p**p brown. Might have kept it anyway but the sleeves were so long they covered 9/10 of my hands and I am 5’6” with an average frame. The large ran a little large which was ok, but why the super-long sleeves? Since these aren’t the kind you can cuff or roll, I would’ve had to pay for alterations. It did seem well made and warm, heavy and had a good longer length, but I had to return because of color and sleeves.

It was recommended to oder medium, but I'm small and ordered a small.The coat is a little tight around the shoulder and the sleeves are a touch long.I still love it and will keep it. This coat is what I have been looking for

I love this jacket! I am 5 ft, 0 in and 140 lbs. I got a Size M and the jacket is not too long, the sleeves are roomy enough to wear a thick sweater underneath, and the drawstring makes it so that I can adjust the waist to fit how I want! I also didn't realize that the hood is removable, which is an awesome feature. There is a lot of pocket space, it's made from a very high quality material, and the color is a nice dark green! Definitely happy with this jacket, well worth the price!

The coat was fine, just was not right fit. The problem was Amazon and return. They messed up the return and I can't actually get someone that can understand me to explain. And emails back to Amazon from their first misunderstanding are never returned. Been working on this since to first of the week and still no more light on the situation than when it started. Anything our of the ordinary is beyond Amazon's scope.

Ok. I dont know how one person got a crap load of lint on their coat, but that review I suspect is B.S. NO LINT or fluff on my coat when worn with a wool fluffy scarf the entire day. That person must have put the coat in the dryer with some crappy lint scarf. Ok, I digress. Here's a proper review.1. The fit - fits me just fine. I'm 5"2 and 145 lbs. the drawstring cinched perfectly, not too high nor too low. Hidden inside drawstring is a bonus. Sleeve length is perfect; hitting 3 inches past wrist.2. Fabric quality - soft cotton feel, very comfortable. The coat slides on smoothly. No lining, but as expected and described. Good for the beginning of Fall season or early Spring time. Not waterproof.3. Color of fabric - a deep red, a true red, not orangey. It is a beautiful shade of red. Does not bleed colour when washed.4. Price value - slightly over priced. I think a range between $45 to $65 would have been more appropriate, considering this has no insulation, really.5. Shoulder room - dont wear sweaters, your arms will feel tight. However, my arms are not thick, and I think that a basic long sleeve shirt is fine to be worn under the coat. I still have lots of room to move shoulders without feeling it's tight and restrictive.6. Pockets - awesome idea to have hidden side pockets, in addition to the large front pockets. Easy for my hands to slip into the side pockets.7. Length - adequate. Not too long or short. Covers my butt almost entirely, appropriate length for my height at 5"2. Proportion of coat is spot-on for a person my size.8. Would I buy again - Yes. I like the fabric, the colour, and the style. I'd buy the green colour too.

I'm a big girl. I usually get 2xl for coats for the extra room.I read some reviews decided to order 3xl. Good thing I did.I wash and dried it, it shrunk a bit.(could have been the high heat of dryer)Still fits good, not as roomy, but I;m happy with it.Light jacket not made for warmth but looks great!Only wish the inside pocket had a zipper.

I'm very happy with the quality of this coat. It's well made with lovely feeling material that has a good weight to it.It's the perfect weight for a fall jacket and is roomy enough to wear a sweater on under it. I'm 5'7" and weigh 140lbs. and purchased the medium size. It's perfect fit.

Size small looked nice but was a little to tight around the butt. Medium was more like a large. Sleeves were are long on both. Nice jacket but didn’t fit, unfortunately returned both.
