Works as should
This is a good alarm system if you already have a wired old system installed. The instructions are not easy to work with, but there are a lot of useful videos on YouTube. To make it ease to understand you need to set it up on a table top and work it out from there if possible, I was lucky I had a new sounder and a few sensors, to use to test it first, looks good as the main unit can be hidden and only have the keypad on show, unlike my old system. The key pad is easy to use and if you download the install instructions (lots of pages) it should help. wiring is easy if your in to any 12v wiring. comes with manual, which helps. thanks seller and Amazon recommend.

Great!
This was purchased to replace a 20 year old system that I'd installed. It's don't think it's for a DIY'er but if you have a half decent understanding of wiring you'll get along with this. It's straight forward to install, and the keypad and operation of the system is nicely configurable. I'm very pleased with this.

It's a great quality product that was easy to install
This system was a direct replacement for my old unit which I installed, It's a great quality product that was easy to install, the setup was easy and straight forward but the instruction book looks very complicated at first because there are alot of options but the testing is straight forward and it shows it in text form on a very nice looking key pad that is also back lit.

Great reliable system
A good qualty alarm. I fitted a Texecom Veritas R8 into my last house abiut 21 years ago and it was great cant remember ever having any false alarms with it. So based on that experience when I moved house I decibed to fit another Texecom alarm which has also worked perfectly

Excellent modern well made wired alarm controller.
Given I already had an old wired alarm controller, I thought it easiest to simply replace the ageing control box with a new one that offered more useful features and 8 independent zones (rather than 3)Installation was not difficult and everything worked as predicted.I installed two keyboards, one at each entry pointIt works well.
