I was looking for a good, clean, additive free fish oil high in DHA. It had been years since I used Bluebonnet supplements and I had forgotten about them. I came across this fish oil and had remembered the high quality ingredients that their supplements always had and I purchased it. All I can say is that it has worked well and I will be buying this again.

Someone recommended this combination of Omega-3 DHA to EPA as an aid to depression. Others recommended Omega-3 in this combination when coming off SSRIs to help with the "Brain Zaps". This brain formula will help with mood, ignition, memory, and other brain functions. Regardless of what medication one uses, this will not cause side effects, will not "clash" with those medications and will not block the effect of thosse medication. In other words everything will "do their job". You're going to start seeing/feeling results during the second week/toward the third week of using it. Also, BlueBonnett is a good company. The owner are godly people, and their products have been effective.

Only complaint: glass bottle was shipped bubble-wrapped in a pouch; bottle unscathed but there is a crack in the screw top lid on the side. Contents were hermetically sealed. It’s a minor inconvenience but shouldn’t happen. Bottle has a faint fish oil smell but I don’t taste it nor does it repeat like some products containing fish oil. I keep this in the fridge.Hoping to morph into Brainiac now that I’m on this regimen. Or just remember what some of my passwords are...Too soon to give proper star rating but I’ve used Bluebonnet vitamins for many years and like my results, so 3 stars off the bat just for previous good experiences.
