Medium is closer to mild.
I like the fact that the sauce is not too hot that's why I ordered it. I have had the sauce at their restaurants several times. If you like your wings medium hot then order the Hot Wing Sauce as it's closer to other brands medium sauces.

Great sauce - short expiration date
The only way to get these sauce at a reasonable price is to order the 6-pack.I have worked with perishable inventory, so I get FIFO, but sending product with a 6-week expiration date to someone who is obviously an individual - not a restaurant - seems out of line. Since I take expiration dates on most things as a FDA requirements and are merely suggestions, I'm not too concerned. I'll throw most of them in the freezer.Also - I accidentally ordered 2. This is, unfortunately, not returnable. :( I gave the extra 6 to my co-workers. Made them happy.
