It assembles relatively easily, and has solid construction
This is a solid quality net, similar to the one my son uses in the tunnels at the batting cages. It allows him to do tee work and for me to do soft toss to him, both which have helped improve his skills and his bat speed. It assembles relatively easily, and has solid construction. This is especially helpful for the pitching function. I had previously bought my son one of those 3x5 "bounce back" nets, and honestly, it seemed like most pitches knocked it over (or at least wobbled/turned it) easily - and I have an 8 year old, not a 90 mph flame-thrower.The carrying case is a nice addition. I was surprised how easily the net and frame fit into it - I always seem to find that bags that come with things require origami skills to get things to fit in there. This fits with a little room to spare. It's sleek, not too long, and the handle is sturdy. The weighted ball is a nice addition. I was a little hesitant at first about a ball that weighed nearly pound, but it is pretty soft/bouncy - it has some "give" so even if you or your kid rips it, it's not going to do major damage. I think I was imagining something more like a shot put that would be very solid and hard. I think this works well to help you/your child develop strength without being unwieldy.Overall, I think a very solid investment - it allows my son to practice pitching and for us to practice hitting without taking lots of time to go chase balls. Also helps us work in a smaller area - my yard isn't the best place to be hitting baseballs out into the busy street or into the woods, so this really helps.

Perfect for Personal Batting and Pitching Training.
I spent a lot of time researching the PowerNet DLX and finally decided to make the purchase. When I got my PowerNet I was surprised by how compact the package was, but was happy with the wieght--not to heavy, but also not light enough to feel cheap. After unwrapping everything in the box, I followed the simple instructions and had the net up in under five minutes. The initial setup was super simple and tear-down is both intuitive and easy. The PowerNet can be set up by a single person without any difficulty. The rails and the netting material don't feel cheap, and the training ball has withstood a lot of punishment with full swings from both wood and composite bats. The pitching attachment is a small rectangular attachment with adjustable bands that can be be moved around the front of net to represent strike zones from players of differing height.I've used the PowerNet indoors and outdoors and have been satisfied with it in both environments. Indoors, the net works well, but will have to be adjusted after hitting a few balls unless you add some weight to the legs. Another issue is that the net tends to tilt backwards unless you add weight onto the legs. I added a 10lb dumbbell onto the front of both legs and the problem with tilting was solved. All that said, is easily set up in a single car garage without having to worry about doing any damage to walls and garage doors. Though the PowerNet can be used indoors, it really excels outdoors. The stakes provided are more than enough to keep the net stationary for soft toss and tee hitting. If you're looking for an easy to set up and highly portable hitting/pitching sock net, PowerNet DLX is a great option.

Great Net!
This net is easy to put together and the target area is large. I really like that. It has been holding up pretty well so far, so I give it 5 stars. I also like the the weighted ball that came with it!

GREAT NET FOR BASEBALL TRAINING!!
The Powernet was delivered quickly. Yesterday was the first time for me a 5 feet tall 70 year old grandma setting it up for my grandson. The instruction was pretty simple, but being that it was my first time, it was a little confusing. I put all the poles together, then I realized that I cannot put the net on being the pole was too tall for me,. Finally I took half the poles off, slip the net on, then slip in the second pole. I then bend the pole a little and attached the white loop on the top. I am sure someone taller than me will not have any issue setting It up. It took me about 20 minutes. I am sure future set ups will be easier and quicker for me. Take down was better and quicker for me.The net is good quality. The overall product is made well. I think it will last a long time. The target attachment help with the pitching. I am not sure what the weighted ball will do yet.My 8 year old grandson just started little league. I purchased this to improve his pitching, batting and throwing. He thinks it is the greatest thing. He is having so much fun with it. He practiced pitching and batting into the net. It did not move or fell over. I did not even use the spikes to hold it down. I love that it is portable. You can take it down, put it in the sturdy bag and go any where it it. This is a wonderful product and i am very happy that i purchased it.

It works fantastic. Easy setup and takedown
Bought this for my kids to play and practice with in the backyard. They are 10 and 8 years old. It works fantastic. Easy setup and takedown. Performance is great. It handles every throw/hit the kids can deliver. I relied on the customer ratings when buying this product and glad I did. Price is significantly cheaper than some competitors. Great buy.

This net works great
This has been very useful for our 17 and 15 year olds both for batting and pitching practice. Very easy to disassemble and assemble. We are in a pretty high wind area at times and have had no issues. Boy plays Quad A baseball and I can’t imagine they would need anything more or better than this net for home or away practice.
