ReliOn BP100 Upper Arm Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor

As advertised

I am an RN who has never liked electronic BP cuffs. This is easy, doesn't squeeze too tight and seems to be accurate.

I liked the ease of use and it accuracy.

I purchased this for my mother and it has been NOTHING but a headache calls me every day saying it registers her blood pressure way high which we know its not (but probally is after she deals with it)

Registers 20 points higher than it should

It seemed to work fine for me, except that I keep it in my backpack, where the button kept getting accidentally pressed. But as an electrical engineer I knew that if I put one of the batteries in backwards it would not run, and would not damage anything. Batteries in devices like this are always in serious, and if you reverse one, no current can flow.

I have high BP issues....this machine ALWAYS give me a low pressure reading. If I see a very low pressure, my thing to do is hold off taking medication and wait a few hours and recheck pressure. After doing so, it's still reading low. A waste of money.

Impossible for one person to position cuff properly so can't tell how accurate unit is.
