Personal Organiser - Indie Jute (Blue)

Excellent paper quality, no feathering, bleed through or ghosting when writing with fountain pens (EF to M nibs) even with wetter inks. Very smooth feel to the paper. Its everything one could ask for in a notebook. The lined version is very interesting with every third line a little darker than the two in the middle. Would be great to see these notebooks with more options such as a dot grid, and with white or light blue lines. Got the jute covers which seem a little fragile and may not survive everyday handling in a backpack or briefcase. The 4 Midori style elastic binders are great and I added a Field Notes notebook in addition to the three it came with although this makes it a little bit bulky. Its great to see this product made in India and hope more options and notebook sizes will be added to the range. Will certainly buy again and can recommend it to fountain pen users without hesitation. The product is exactly as advertised and a great option for those looking for non-leather notebook binders in this style. I got the turquoise blue and parrot green jute covers and both are lively and bright colours. I am very pleased with this purchase.

A completely new take on a quite conventional product. This notebook is dynamic and inspiring especially because of its rugged jute clad cover. The design, the earthy colors on the cover celebrates India, in a sense. Hence, the cover is the wow factor of the notebooks.The pages are of fine quality but the notebooks are a bit small. Actually, I feel they could easily be termed as 'extra small' ;)Had they been small-medium sized notebooks, this would have been a perfect product, considering the functionality, or comfort in usage, be it writing, drawing or even doodling..But, really happy to own such a creatively designed, handcrafted, quality product. Kudos to ThoughtSlot !!

This is one of the most beautiful note books I have ever owned.I did not start using it so far, because I don't quite know what I will use it for and I don't want to ruin one of the sacred first pages.However what I could already see is that the paper quality is excellent and so is the jute cover. The colour is vibrant.I personally love the concept of being able to take out the thought books, to interchange them and to rearrange them. I think it adds a new dimension to this note book. What I am worried of is that the rubber bands will be worn out eventually.Right now I am not just content with my purchase, I am in love! Thank you thougtslot, I can't wait to introduce my friends to these notebooks.

If you're a stationary enthusiast, you will love this product. it is definitely worth the price - has a very beautiful artisanal charm to it. do be careful with the colors - the pictures may not accurately reflect the true shade. :)

A very good quality notebook, which can be modified to suit your needs. Although the description says that you will get three assorted notebooks, the seller will customise the order for you. I got 3 dot grid ones. They are on the smaller size but are up to the job. There is minimal ghosting, which can be easily ignored. There are four slots inside for you to pick and choose the number of notebooks you wish to insert. The price is little on the higher side but a much better option than other even more expensive notebooks.

I am so disheartened that I am giving this product an average rating. I really expected a lot from this product. I preferred buying these notebooks over Moleskine notebooks or other foreign brand because I wanted to support an Indian brand. The first thing I was disappointed by was the colour, I ordered syahi blue colour which looks so bright in the picture but really is a dull deep navy blue. People if you are looking for bright colors go for warm colours like red, pink and orange. The second I would like to tell the people who want to buy this is that the notebooks you get with the slot are customisable you can order whichever three you want from grid/lines/block/dots. I am so sad that I did not know this before ordering.Thirdly, the quality of paper is good but if you are looking for a book to doodle in,choose thought block (unruled) notebook as I found that the ruled pages are more absorbent than unruled pages, your microns will run out in no time if you use them on ruled pages. The pages don't bleed through as much but if you are using something other than a ball pen/pencil/gel pen you will not be able to use the other side of the page.Also the notebooks do not open flat.I feel that the slot is a little overpriced (+90 rs delivery charges) but the notebooks are a steal! I would surely refill the slot but I regret ordering this colour :(

I love it! It's a bit on the thick side, but has space for four (!) notebooks inside.The cover itself is made of textured jute. It feels very nice in the hand. The elastic too feels very high quality. The price is totally worth it!The fact that it's supporting local industries makes it even better.

Awesome product. You have 3 different books for people who love to compartmentalize.There is just something special about writing with pen and paper than typing. The colors just brighten your day.
