Good coverage and comfortable fit
I haven't swam in this yet, only tried it on. I ordered this one piece because it was the only one that had "wine red" available as a color which is the same color as a pair of swim shorts I ordered from the same brand. However they are very different colors so be aware if anyone is aiming to color match! The one piece is more wine like and purple leaning while the shorts are more like a maroon. I do like the contrast of them together so even though the colors aren't a perfect match I'm not unhappy. I have a hard time sizing one pieces because I have very wide hips relative to my upper body so a lot of times they will be far too loose in the top if the bottom fits. I did have the presence of mind to check my measurements to help me choose. I have roughly 42"/36"/50" bust/waist/hips and selected the XXL. It seems like a good fit from trying it on. The top is maybe a little roomy but it has good coverage and the straps feel secure. The elastic of the leg holes is a little pinchy at first but I think that will subside as the material relaxes. I will be working at a special needs summer camp this summer so I really wanted a swim suit that fit well and felt secure. I didn't want anything with adjustable straps or ties or anything else that wouldn't hold up to pulling/tugging. So far I think this swimsuit combined with the shorts I ordered will fit the bill!

the swimsuit I wanted...but check this sizing info
I didn't give 5 stars ONLY because it hasn't been in the water yet, so I haven't assessed how the suit soaks and 'drags' or holds up yet. But it looks excellent and I really would give it 5 stars I'm sure once I've swum. Now...as to sizing and fit... I'm 5 ft 6.5 inches and approx. 195 lbs (recently ~215, so I wasn't leaping to fit smaller just yet, in case who knows...). In addition, my fitting issue is that my chest is always an inch bigger than my hips proportionately, while all the women's sizing charts show the reverse, ie hips a bit bigger than chest measurement. That being said, I was looking for some level of comfortable/sporty chest support and compression in this suit because I want to lap swim, and I don't need an additional pocket of water between my boobs dragging down my suit, slowing me down, and needing me to yank up and remove said water every lap or so. So, I was happy to roll the dice on a smaller chest size suit for a better swim fit. On a side note, for this purpose, I do wish the neck was cut a bit higher. Please note that it's a little more scoop-y than sport needs would dictate. I first ordered the 42, based on the measurements in the bust-waist-hip sizing chart (I'm 45.5-38-44.5) that Baleaf provides in this listing, but the suit felt too big...the crotch fell a little lower, there were a few folds between the boobs, and the thigh openings seem to fall lower than my thigh crease and turn into some sort of boy short thing. I did a little more investigation, and found this other chart that I'm attaching which I dug up somewhere on some reviewer's site, and boy, was it helpful. It shows sizing by height and weight, rather than by B-W-H measurements, and of course, YMMV but I think it should be taken into account for size. The suit stretches both ways, so some people might use the stretch horizontally if needed, or those with short or long torsos should take this into account as well. I have long legs, hence I needed less stretchy torso length if that makes sense. That's why the 42 crotch was falling lower for me. I ordered the 40 and it fit just right. Which, if I had gone strictly by the B-W-H chart, I wouldn't even have tried (because note that my bust measurement would have been 4" bigger than the suit size maximum! I didn't even need to re-try the 42 but I did since I had both in the house, and there was no comparison. I would even say I'm hovering on the edge of 38. Like if I was a competition swimmer getting the classic tight fit, I would be able to go with 38. I'm content to get started with the 40 though. It's snug enough, but comfortable, easy to get on and off (dry so far haha), but when/if it stretches after some use, I can see it getting less efficient. I went into this detail because the other reviews helped me so much, and I hope this adds to someone's insight (or further confusion!) The cup liners are annoying and have weird folds out of the package, and I may pull them out to lap swim, because I basically do not care if nipple outlines offend lol! But I'll try them out anyway to start. If they add soggy drag, then they'll come out. But, otherwise the bust fit is nice, the shelf band hits in the right place, and there is no side spillage. Overall...I'm very pleased with this suit and look forward to using it, and will come back to Baleaf for more if it works out. Update: It's performing great in the water, so I'm changing to 5 stars. I never bothered with the liners and it was fine. There is a little more pouching around the stomach with excess material when wet, but not noticeable at my level of swimming. I am really happy with this suit.

Great Value for Lap Swimming
This suit is great. True to size. It doesn't ride up your legs as you swim, it tucks in any and all unflattering body parts making my 5 foot 6, 165 lb body look like I swim for a living. I have used this for about a month in a chlorine pool and the material has proven to be durable, no stretching or weird changes in material. Feels great while swimming. There are sports bra pads in the chest region which can be removed. Four stars instead of 5 simply because the chest area is SLIGHTLY looser than the rest of the suit, which for a large chested lady like myself, made me a little nervous at first. I have had no problems however.

Comfortable, affordable, one piece, with removable cup pads.
I am very pleased with this swimsuit! It is very comfortable, flattering, and well made. The fit is pretty true to size. I sometimes wear a medium but with swimsuits I order a size up because I don't like tight. I love the racerback style - no sagging straps! I love that the cup pads can be easily removed through a side slit; it seems plenty supportive without the foam pad. The price is very affordable!

Great swim suit.
Material has a nice feel. Nice stretch and smooth. Has a modest covering for an older woman. I am 5'3". Weight-133. Bought a Medium and fits well. I looked at the sizing chart and with my measurements the fit was excellent. Bust padding feels good. Can remove padding if desired. i am impressed with the this suit. I am hoping the type of material will not fade due to swimming in a chlorinated pool. 86.2 percent polyester and 13.8 percent spandex is a good combination for chlorine resistance. I will buy another one.

Good overall, but bra cups are a major pain
I have a love-hate relationship with this suit. First, the good. I'm a big girl with an ample chest, so it's hard to find a suit with straps that actually hold me up and keep me relatively secure. This suit delivers. It's also comfortable and true to size. I have it in two colors, and I wear these suits 4 times a week for a water aerobics and water walking classes. It works well for that—it doesn't ride up, bunch, etc. It's also got great coverage; my butt cheeks don't hang out, my boobs don't hang out, my back fat doesn't ooze out. If you want to be reasonably covered, rather than having all your bits on display, this is a great option. The material is also pretty thick; I don't worry that it will snag or tear. It doesn't look or feel flimsy, and it's not see-through when wet. Now, the bad. The removable bra cups/padding are a GIANT pain. They're inserted/removed through a TINY opening, so taking them in/out is very difficult and time-consuming; in the attached video, it took 54 seconds to do one cup, and that was a relatively "quick" insertion. Despite the small opening, they ALWAYS manage to fall out in the washing machine, using the gentle cycle and light spin, so you get to do this twice each time you wash the suit. Once you get the cups through that tiny opening, positioning them is even harder. (And you'll have to position them every time you wear it, because they shift around when you wring the suit out to dry it.) Beyond that, the cup outline is faintly visible through the swimsuit, which isn't ideal. You have to choose between either having your nipples stock out or having the triangular outline of your bra cups stick out. It's also challenging to get the cups to lay perfectly smooth/flat; there's almost always a little visible creasing or wrinkling. This is a little perplexing because the suit material isn't thin—it's pretty thick. (Which I appreciate.) I guess that's just spandex for you. I deal with it because the suit is perfect in every other way—by far the best quality I've found at this price point. (I tried four other suits with deal-breaking flaws before I found this one. Too thin/see-through, not enough coverage, ineffective straps...) It's not the fastest-drying suit I've ever owned. 24 hours after a swim (followed by a fresh-water rinse), it's still slightly damp. But since I have two, it's not a problem for me at all. I'd rather have a thicker, slower-drying suit than a really flimsy but quick-drying one. My red suit is a lot brighter in person than it appears in the listing, but the purple is very close to the color depicted. I don't care about color—I just care about functionality—so the bright red isn't an issue for me *at all.* But, if you care about color, be aware that some colors differ a bit from what's shown on Amazon. I'm happy given the price. However, I do wish they'd sew in the bra cups rather than just having them loose with such a poor system for insertion.

I like it
I like it. It fits well. 5' 4" and 160 pounds. I have the size Large. I've seen a few reviews that say the bra padding bunches up but I just took mine out so I can't say that's a problem for me. I like the better coverage this suit provides since I'm in my 70's and I don't need everything hanging out any more. It's holding up well. I've had it for a few weeks and I swim 4 times a week and there has been no fading and no obvious wear. My only issue is that the straps roll when I put it on and I have to reach in back to straighten them out. Maybe a little more lining in the straps would help with that. All in al, it's a good suit and I'll probably buy it again.

I am going to order another!
Love this suit! The material is thick, the color is great (I bought the burgundy), straps are thick and supportive. I like that the cut on the bottom is more like a retro swimsuit, almost like a boy short cut which is perfect because I wanted something a little more modest and easy to wear for lap swimming. The top fits well (I took out the removable pads) and everything is held in place through my 1,000 yards of swimming.

Covers my bum nicely, very sporty and comfortable.
So happy with this amazing bathing suit! What a nice cut! Finally a suit that is made for swimming or exercise not for show. Everything is covered and tucked in nicely, front, back and sides. I’m 66 years old , 5’10” and 162 lbs. I normally wear an XL which was too tight, the XXL is a perfect fit. Love this suit. Nice fabric, fully lined, pretty colour. Don’t worry, it is perfect! Size up one size in my opinion.

OTTIMA
Ottimo acquisto.
