Can you use this product and the anti-friction product at the same time?

Since you don't specify which anti-friction product you are asking about, it's difficult for us to give you a complete answer. What we can say is this: Rislone High Mileage Compression Repair (part number 4447) IS compatible with Rislone Nano Prime Engine & Oil Additive (part number 4104), which uses Nano Tungsten and Moly to reduce friction up to 38%. We have not tested the Compression Repair with products from other manufacturers, so we are not able to address possible compatibility concerns in that area.

Can i use (mix) this product if i am using xl nanolube engine oil additive & nano treatment; reduces oil burning & engine smoke

Do i put in every oil  chang or is it a 1 time and done

Every oil change.  I have an 87 Toyota Corolla with 200k, it takes 3 at this point.  I have observed that it works after the first trip.  It has eliminated blue smoke and low oil pressure.  "Your mileage may vary".

Is it safe to use in engines with variable valve timing? Like a 1997 Honda Prelude

When installed following instructions, Rislone Compression Repair with Ring Seal (part number 4447)  is safe to use in your Prelude.  It can be used in all 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 cylinder gasoline or diesel engines, and can be used with conventional, high mileage, and synthetic engine oils. Do not overfill.
