Betty DainSatin Pillowcase with Zipper, Standard / Queen Size, Pink (Pack of 2)

At first I was pleased with these. The second hand washing, BOTH pillow cases unraveled at the seam, about three inches in length, close to the fold line. I contacted the company, alerted them of the problem, they wanted my order number, which I provided. The next email, stated that I probably did not order them. Well if you cannot stand by your product SHAME ON YOU BETTY DAIN PILLOWCASE PRODUCTS!!!! I most certainly DID order through them. Buyer BEWARE!

I’ve had these since 2013, it is now 2020. Super thick, reliable, I keep these on my bed AND travel with them. Ordering new ones because 1. I’m tired of pink 2. I just broke the zipper other than that these work JUST as I bought them. My broken one will be my staple travel. I’m surprised this only have 5 reviews. But not complaining not too many ppl know about them. They are a NECESSITY. Might actually order a bulk in case they ever sell out 🤔

A standard pillow barely fit in the case and it is almost square not oblong like a regular pillow case. Otherwise, is a pretty color and comfortable.

I love Satin Pillowcases. I have several types from different companies, and I have to say that the zippered ones are the BEST! The ones I have without zippers I don't even use anymore because I had to fight with them all night because they kept slipping off the pillow! Okay, now we come to these. The colors that are offered are great! This was my first purchase of the "Betty Dain" and unfortunately will be my last. They are pretty (I got them in pink), but they almost didn't fit my "standard" pillow because they are really boxy and came up a little short. I stuffed them in there and managed to close the zipper, but just barely. But what disappointed me the most was the fact that they are so HARD!! They have no softness to them AT ALL!!! They are scratchy, rough, and weird. None of my other satin pillowcases were anything like this. Maybe it's because they are so thick which I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing? I will keep them and hope they soften up through washings, but I won't buy this brand again.*UPDATE*After I washed them, they got softer!!! So I wanted to come back in and give them another star. They are still boxy and my pillows barely fit which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But They DO feel so much better now!

When I opened the package I was amazed at the good quality of the pillow cases. I had satin cases before and they were very thin and snagged easily. These pillow cases are very soft and of a thick quality. I absoluteluy LOVE them. I was concerned about the zipper but it is totally hidden and does not interfere with sleeping. The color is great, I have the pink and the white. I will be buying more for the guest bed in my home. LOVE them!

My African American daughter's hair is natural and I use two pillows with this case to protect her hair at bedtime. I think that it works wonder. I have a whole routine, but I'm certain that sleeping on a satin pillowcase has made a difference. She's anti-scarf or satin bed cap so this was the compromise.

This pillowcase feels nice to the touch, however if you wear a night time moisturizer at night the satin sticks to your face. Not very comfortable. It also tends to hold the heat. It does keep hair from looking like birds nest in the morning.

They sent the wrong color and I had to order 2 more and returned the pink ones. (they should receive them on July 27th)They are not made of very good quality. The first time I washed them, both pillow cases came unraveled at the hem.So...I'll have to take them to a seamstress to get them sewn.I will not order them again.

the one pillowcase i received appeared to be well made however only received one.could you please send the other would make a difference to my review.Also when i read other customers reviews, it seems quite a few people only received one. wondering why bother with reviews if no effort is made to correct the oversight.with respect,thank you
