Indus Organic Salt Free Authentic Indian Garam Masala, 8 Ounce

Arrived on time, I had expected a bigger bottle but that is my fault, I should have realized that what I ordered was a small size.

I used the Indian Garam Masala in my black bean dish and also on chicken wings... nice smokey flavor... so good!

This is my second order of this product - the first one was excellent the aroma, taste and everything else was too notch. When I oprdered it the second time, the product seemed entirely different and not upto expectations.

Unsure. May have too much clove, but I hate clove (taste & smell). I can take a tiny (micro) amount in some West Indian garam masalas. The brands that are Asian Indian seem to have a lot more clove. After smelling clove, I didn't use much.

I add this to chai tea and sometimes to coffee. Fresh and complex. However, if you want to grind your own, look elsewhere. This is a powder.

Very nice combination of spices to add to soups, barbeque, and Indian cuisine. Large portion spices in air tight plastic container for reasonable price and efficient shipping.

Garam Masala is expensive when bought in small bottles. This has the fragrance and consistency of quality organics. Just what I was looking for.
