It is soft, 100% cotton except with the waste band but it is quality.Just be sure to get 2 sizes bigger... my grandson is 2 - I bought a 4 yrs size andit fit perfect. Cotton shrinks a bit. Excellent purchase I made. :)

My son is 28lbs but has chunky thighs and butt. should i get a 2t-3t or a 4t? do they shrink when washing?
