The message in this book (and in the Bahá’í writings in general) have provided so much insight, inspiration, solace and purpose for our role in creating a new world as the current world systems, mindsets and approaches are failing and crumbling around us. Whatever the problem is, from Racism, climate, politics, poverty, and more; the broad outlook proposed in this text provides direction on ways to approach all the challenges we face in society today.

Half way through this book and am finding it an excellent resource for those days when it seems like the world is just one step away from imploding. While the realities currently taking place in the world at large can be depressing and confusing, this book lays out the energies and reasons driving the forces of light and dark that are at the core of our issues, as humanity struggles towards a unity built on overcoming the underlying prejudices and self-contentedness that drive much of our existence these days. There is hope out there, and we find it within each heart that strives to reach past the -isms of our ancestors.

A wonder-filled and exhilarating examination of the Forces underlying all of the turmoil in today's world. Hooper Dunbar, a retired member of the Baha'i Universal House of Justice, intelligently pieces together appropriate and illuminating quotes from the Baha'i writings as they apply to our world's current disruptions. He uses many quotes from Shongi Effendi and the last chapter contains others. Apparently this book is based on many talks on this topic given to youth groups at the Baha'i World Center. The production of the Book was at the behest of many of those youth who had attended his talks.

This book is so timely for helping the reader understand the naturally-clashing forces of our time (between out-dated habits and thoughts and new, finer options for living life, individually, collectively and societally). Mr. Dunbar, retired member of the International House of Justice of the Baha'i Faith, draws heavily from the wisdom contained in the voluminous Writings of this newest world-wide Faith. I highly recommed this book to anyone of open mind intent on serious search for timely answers to this world's plentiful challenges and confusions.

If humanity could grasp the fact that it needs to develop its spiritual side. this book explains how the Baha'i Faith is doing it. It is a book showing the problems we face by ignoring our spiritual potential, and how to solve this problem. "The future is great, very great." is a quote I remember. this book shows us how to help humanity understand its potential. More? i am on FB.

This book shares concepts on the spiritual forces that move and shape our world. It put into words so many ideas that I had been pondering about for quite some time, but had not been able to articulate. I love this book and will read and use it over and over!

A good copy arrived on time. It is an excellent, studious but easily read book. It helps one to understand the changes that are taking place in the world. It examines how the spiritual forces are building a new divine civilization and gives strategies for combatting negative forces in ourselves.

Clear, logical presentation of the argument in each new section makes it easy and enjoyable to follow.

This book is an outline of a system which if used for mankind will change the world into a much better place. It is revolutionary in an exceptionally good way.
