No strip, just dance.
The dance routines are quite easy to learn. However as opposed to what the title suggests, there is no stripping at all!!! Just dancing in different costumes. Also the dancing isn't either very intimate or hot, it is more fun and sexy but in a cute way. It definitelly isn't sizzling hot, especially since all the clothes stay on. As I purchased this dvd I thought it would show hot dance-stripping routines, it doesn't. If you are looking for a dvd that will help you smitten your significant other, this is NOT the one.
