My Cat’s New Favorite Thing – A Total Win!
I recently bought a tall cat scratching post for my furry little tornado, and let me just say—it’s been a game-changer for both of us.First off, the height is perfect. My cat loves to stretch out fully while scratching, and this tall post lets her do just that. She immediately claimed it as her own, and I haven’t caught her scratching the couch or curtains since. Honestly, I think she prefers this post now, which is a huge relief for my furniture!The build quality is excellent—super sturdy and doesn’t wobble at all, even when she launches herself at it like a gymnast. The base is wide and solid, and the sisal wrapping has held up impressively well through lots of daily clawing and climbing.One unexpected bonus: she uses it like a jungle gym. Sturdy, heavy duty and cats love it
Very easy to put together! It is sturdy, heavy and my cats love it. I have two cats and one is full sized weighing about 11 pounds. He is able to stretch out. Good value for the money!

5 cat tested Tall Square cat scratcher
This review is for the larger, square post.(Carpet, Large, 15.75" L x 15.7" W x 35.43" H)We have 5, full grown, active cats. They are very rough on a scratching post.The smaller round post lasted about three weeks which is pretty good for five cats. Then the post starting to shred making a mess. Should still be a good post for one or two cats.This time we ordered the bigger, square cat post. A bit pricey but so far so good. Well built. Covered with a tough covering that is good for cat scratching. It has held up very well after two months showing no real signs of heavy wear.A big advantage to this tall post is the large square top perfect for cats to jump up too, then sit on as kind of a king of the hill. All five cats really enjoy sitting on the top platform.. An older cat might need something to use as a step up. Younger cats can make it with one jump from the floor.

This thing is beautiful
It's bigger than I was expecting but in a good way. I have a larger cat and this is perfect for him. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Looks like it will last a good while. Very happy with mine. I'll attach some pics, (excuse the mess we're in the middle of moving). It took a bit before my cat would scratch it because it looks like a nice piece of furniture and he wasnt sure he could scratch it.

Overall really good scratcher
This is honestly a really good cat scratching post, I just have one complaint. It's not very stable and can easily topple over if a cat tries to jump on top. I have found that sticking one side of it up under my bed where I have it keeps it from toppling over, but I wish it have a much heavier base to prevent this all together.That said, it is a great post! All of my cats love using the surface and they all love being able to perch on top of it! It gets heavy use daily and it's held up pretty well. Sharp cat claws are obviously going to tear it up, but that's the whole point of a scratching post! Let kitty destroy this instead of valuable furniture!I have found that the fabric can easily be replaced when destroyed with more sisal fabric or sisal rope. Both are relatively cheap and easy to find online.Would give 5 star, but not being very stable makes it a 4/5.

Pretty nice little post. Pretty tall and very sturdy. Kitty likes it and started using it as I put it together. She was "helping". Not fancy but exactly what it is supposed to be.

Must have for cat owners
My cats absolutely love this! I have a few floor scratchers for them but I think they appreciate being able to stretch up and scratch at the same time. They also love sitting on the top of the scratcher and looking out the windows. The scratcher itself is easy to assemble, it is great quality for the price, is sturdy, and most importantly for me, it is a pretty scratcher and doesn't look bad next to the rest of my furniture.

This is tall, strong, very sturdy. My 14 pound cat, loves it. He can jump from the floor, landing on top of it without it teetering. We’ve had it for a couple of months, three cats scratch on it many times a day, you can’t tell.
