Q: How how far will it lifts fuel

If it is outputting 4-psi, that corresponds to about 9.25-ft if water head. So would expect it to lift fuel, which is lighter, about 10-ft.

Good little fuel pump but

Worked well pumping old gas out of my boat. But made the mistake of thinking I could use it to pump water. Bad move. Appears to have ruined the pump.

Dismal failure. Makes noise but does not pump.

Makes noise, but does not pump fuel, at all, not even a drop.They say they are 100% tested. Not sure what they mean by that because i just did a lot of dirty work and it does not work.Plenty of gas in tank, good ground, correct location, no clogged filter, etc. It just makes noise and doesn't pump is all.

It was perfect for what I needed to remove fuel from tank to make easier to re install in pick up.

Easy to install

Easy to install (especially for a non-mechanically inclined woman) and works perfect. I used this as an external pump so I no longer have to carry a fuel jug around in my sandrail. Just install the pump and turn it on it flows right into the tank at a steady speed.
