Are these batteries 4.5V? That's what I need.

My research says 1.5 Volt.  I WOULD NOT BUY any batteries of AMAZON, any discount website they are usually old batteries, mine came in plastic wrap not Energizer Packaging and if they work, they work for a few hours and any type of button type batter though good prices are outdated or nearly outdated and should be FRAUD against Amazon or the Shipper.  Buy from Target, Walmart, Best Buy and electronics store.  UNTIL AMAZON steps up and is doing something about people selling these outdated or nearly outdated batteries, I WILL NOT BUY nor recommend anyone to buy batteries of Amazon. Do not buy batteries off of AMAZON.  You are getting batteries from possibly individuals, 3rd part discount companies selling expired or nearly expired batteries and many and most times the batteries are in plastic wrap not Energizer, not Ever Ready, not Duracell packaging.  The batteries may work a few hours if at all.  My research shows C batteries are 1.5 Volt.  I would call Best Buy, Walmart, Target, any hardware or electronic store but do not buy these batteries because they are priced cheap.  They are cheap.  Amazon needs to check out these sellers as basically you are being defrauded which is illegal.  If you buy, if you have issues, report to Amazon, the seller, the AG in the sellers STATE ,  your STATE and the BBB in their State and AMAZON CORP HQ, get all their contact information before you buy or you may not get it later. These batteries have a shelf life of 10 yrs.. This means they will maintain the same charge after 10 yrs. This does not mean they will last 10 yrs. The length of time they last will depend on the usage after installing them.
