Is ring free additive in this oil?

No it is not , I buy the yamaha ring free in a separate bottle . Buy it at your local yamaha marine shop or off of amazon...

Says for oil injection. Is it also for pre-mix?

I am using it for pre-mix for an old Mariner outboard and never had any issues.
