Bought for elderly mother. She was surprised by how comfortable they are to wear and very happy to have them instead of the "nappy pants" she was wearing. They are breathable, seamless and fit large incontinence pads with ease.

Essential for use with the Tena comfort pads I use for my mother, they wash very well and dry very quickly, just wish the legs were a little longer.

They won't necessarily be the right thing
I bought these for a male client who had previously been happy with pull-ups from the Tena range. I thought the larger pad size would be more appropriate but he complained about the net knickers. He said they made him itch. So we went back to the pull-ups that don't hold enough.
