This is a review for the replacement charger. It is not a review for the jitterbug flip phone. Needed a new charger, as I mistakenly threw out the original that came with the phone (my bad). The replacement was delivered promptly and came in appropriate packaging. Fits the jitterbug phone perfectly and the phone charged right up. Probably could have saved a few bucks in a store, but shopping during COVID is not my thing, so was glad to be able to take care of this online.

This actually works better than original in my estimation in that the device powers up in less time (I've mot timed it but experience seems to support this). A bit pricey but if you need it get it.

I really do enjoy my new phone

Did not fit my jitterbug phone so was disappointed

For elderly people Jitterbug should not have all commands require you to respond Yes or No before you can do anything. If a person has trouble with technology they don't want to spend ample time pressing buttons over and over and over.

Excellent charger, works like the one that came in the box.
